Travel fees outside a 50-mile radius of Las Vegas, NV are not included. The client is responsible for covering the following: round-trip economy airfare, two nights’ hotel accommodations, and transportation to and from the event. I always do my best to find the most budget-friendly flights and accommodations. You’re only responsible for the actual costs incurred.
